Wondering how it all works?
Our 200hr Yoga Teacher Training is hybrid by design.

You’ll begin with 7 weeks of online training, including live and recorded learning, from 10 April to 22 May 2027. Then comes the immersion: a 10-day in-person retreat in Phuket, Thailand from 28 May to 7 June 2027, where everything you’ve been learning comes alive in practice.

This training is rooted in classical Hatha and Vinyasa lineage and includes intelligent sequencing, anatomy, philosophy, energetics, meditation, pranayama, ethics, business foundations, and embodied leadership. You’ll graduate with a 200-hour Yoga Alliance International certification, lifetime access to course modules, and ongoing community support.
