Full-Time Speech Pathologist – Paediatrics

About the role
This position offers a varied paediatric caseload, with opportunities to work across:
- Clinic-based therapy
- School, kindergarten and childcare outreach
- Home and community visits where appropriate
- Telehealth services for families who benefit from this model
Our clients commonly present with:
- Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Developmental delay
- ADHD
- Speech and language disorders
- Social communication difficulties
- Anxiety and emotional regulation challenges
About you
We're looking for someone who:
- Is a qualified Speech Pathologist
- Enjoys working with children and families
- Values collaboration and being part of a supportive team
- Is motivated, adaptable and committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based care
- Holds current registration and relevant clearances required to practice in Queensland
We understand that flexibility is important. While we have busy periods that require coverage, we are happy to discuss flexible working arrangements.
Where you'll be working:
Our clinics are located in the beautiful Redlands, south-east of Brisbane.
You'll work across our two purpose-built clinics:
- Victoria Point – easy parking, minimal traffic and only minutes from the waterfront.
- Capalaba – convenient location with excellent access to shops and major roads.
Salary and benefits:
We offer an attractive salary package that reflects your experience, skills and the value you bring to our team. Salary expectations are between $80,000 to $100,000.
