This is why Wagga Occupational Therapy exists.
Not because I saw a business opportunity.
Because I lived it.
For years, I sat on the other side of the table as a mum trying to navigate disability, assessments, therapy reports, funding reviews and endless waiting lists. I know what it feels like to desperately need support for your child and not be able to access it when you need it most.
Benjamin has taught me more than any textbook ever could. He’s taught me that the right allied health professional can change a person’s life. They don’t just write reports. They build confidence, create opportunities, support independence and help people achieve things others may have thought were impossible.
Watching Benjamin light up while doing something he loves, like climbing into a truck with his poppy for a ride, reminds me why this work matters. These moments of joy, connection and inclusion aren’t small things. They’re everything.
That’s why I’m bringing occupational therapy to Wagga Wagga.
Because people with disabilities deserve access to quality services without months of waiting. Because families deserve support from people who genuinely understand the journey. And because our older community deserves allied health professionals who see the person, not just the diagnosis.
Wagga Occupational Therapy is built on professional expertise, but it’s also built on lived experience, empathy and a genuine understanding of how much the right support can mean.
For me, this has never just been business.
It’s personal. ❤️
