Two years in, I've learned A LOT and it’s time for an upgrade 😌

Building a business from the ground up means trying things, failing, adjusting, and trying again. There have been tech headaches, systems that didn't quite work, and more hours spent troubleshooting than I'd like to admit 😬 That's the reality of a start-up phase, and I'm grateful for all the things I’ve learnt along the way.

My business is growing and I'm so excited to share some system optimisations I’ve made recently!

Here's what's new:

📱 New booking platform with easier online bookings and fewer tech issues
📋 Simpler digital forms, no more long complicated paperwork. Complete forms with ease after making your booking. (Physical forms are still available if you prefer!)
💳 A $50 deposit is now required for NEW CLIENTS to secure your first booking, and all online consults will require prepayment prior to the appointment.

Introducing deposits is about making sure everyone's time is respected, yours, mine, and the clients waiting for an appointment. It helps reduce no-shows and last minute cancellations so the clinic runs smoothly for everyone.

Behind the scenes, smoother systems mean I have more time to invest in my education and more energy to give to you in the consult room.

I am still ironing out a few issues with this transition so please email if you have questions or concerns.

Last week marked 7 amazing years since opening the doors at Body, Mind and Soul! 🤍

We’re feeling incredibly grateful for the support we’ve received over the years from our beautiful clients and want to say a heartfelt thank you to each and every one of you for trusting us with your health and wellbeing throughout this journey.

We’re also so thankful for all of the Therapists, past and present, who have helped shape the clinic into what it is today. Your dedication, care, and passion have been such an important part of our story.
