Have you ever wondered why my logo is a lotus seed pod? 🌿

I chose it for two very special reasons.

The lotus seed pod has long been associated with healing, growth and renewal. It represents the incredible potential that exists within each of us, even when life has been challenging.

It also reminds me of one of nature's most beautiful lessons...

The lotus flower grows from the mud.

It doesn't wait for perfect conditions. It rises through the darkness, reaches the surface, and blooms into something extraordinary.

I believe people are much the same.

Our experiences don't define our future. They can become the very foundation for our strength, wisdom, compassion and purpose.

That's what Universal Sanctuary is all about...

Do you turn down compliments?

You may not even be aware that you are.

I used to downplay them all the time.🙄

If someone said they loved my dress, I would say "Oh this old thing. I got it at an op shop." It was true. If I said I got it from an op shop, I did, but I actually struggled to accept the compliment.

Initially, I thought it was because I wasn't used to being complimented so I didn't know how to respond.

Eventually, I realised it was because I didn't believe I deserved it.😕

I would even justify myself by saying that my response "I got it at an op shop" was an act of service. If they liked it then I would let them know how to get one. But this is still deflecting the compliment.

After a while, when I became aware of this, I started to just say "Thanks." No more than that. That was hard enough.

Now I appreciate compliments and embrace them and respond by saying "Thank you so much!" with a smile on my heart.

This week in my Natural Magic community our experiment was to say 'Show me what is possible today" every morning.

Well! I got a real bonus. 🎊

My laptop mouse isn't recognising 'clicks' anymore so I thought I had better buy an external one.

When I got to the counter, she showed me the sticker on the back.
Someone had purchased it before me but brought it back because it 'wasn't suitable'.

It still has the warranty and everything else but because it technically wasn't brand new they marked it down for me to less than half price 🎊

I wonder what this week's experiment will bring...

What do you REALLY want?

Deep down inside of us is a dream or a desire that we don't tap into. 😶‍🌫️

We are so busy playing the roles that we play and running around after others that we seem to miss it or even avoid it.

A lot of us just can't figure it out and choose what we think our goal is but don't succeed because that wasn't our truth. 😏

Often there are secondary intentions. Ones that we want as well but aren't our true intentions.

This is one of the reasons why people get stuck or swing back and forth. They have yet to figure out what they really want! 👀

When you know what you REALLY want, it pulls you towards it like a magnet.

I help people uncover their truth, their actual goals and compound time so they achieve their dream faster. 😍

What if the thing you're looking at isn't the whole picture?

The same situation can feel like a setback, a lesson, an opportunity, or the beginning of something incredible. The only thing that changes is your perspective.

Sometimes we spend so much energy trying to change our circumstances that we forget to explore a different way of seeing them.

A new perspective can create new possibilities. It can reveal options you couldn't see before. It can turn frustration into curiosity. And curiosity has a wonderful way of opening doors.

Today, instead of asking, "Why is this happening?"
Try asking, "What else could this mean?" Or, "What opportunity might be hiding here?"

You might be surprised by what becomes visible when you simply look from a different angle. ⭐️💜

What if your life isn't waiting to be fixed?

What if it's waiting to be noticed?

Sometimes we spend so much time looking for the next answer that we miss the quiet opportunities already appearing around us.

A conversation.
A book that seems to find you.
An unexpected invitation.
A new idea that won't leave you alone.
A feeling that it's time to try something different.

Some people call these coincidences.

I call them possibilities.

The more I pay attention, the more I realise that life is constantly responding to where I place my awareness.

Not because life is "magically" handing me everything I want,
but because I'm becoming available to see what was there all along.

Here's a little experiment for the coming week

⭐ Notice three things that make you pause.

Maybe it's repeating numbers.
Maybe someone mentions exactly what you've been thinking about.
Maybe you suddenly feel drawn to take a different route, read a particular book or message someone.

Don't analyse it.
Don't force it.
Just notice.

Natural Magic doesn't begin with extraordinary moments.

It begins with extraordinary awareness.

What's stopping you?

Over the many years of helping people shift the beliefs holding them back, I have seen a LOT that weren't actually theirs to begin with.

These beliefs aren't conscious thoughts so we don’t even know they are there but they run our thoughts, and therefore actions, 95% of the time!

What I have experienced is often what’s stopping you is generational or even from a past life.

So now I discover the belief in your soul's library (the Akashic Records) and shift it for you.

Its funny because so far most people have said they don't think that, when I tell them, but when they muscle test it, its positively there 😅

Dear little me,

Life is going to be a beautifully messy ride full of highs and lows.

You are going to have the most amazing experiences and meet some incredible people that you will call friends.

You will be loved and hated, respected and lied to, feel joy and sorrow but that is what life is all about.

Feel all of these deeply because that is what it is to be human.

Most of all, never lose sight of who you are. You are worth your weight in gold.

Spiritual growth can be a lonely journey.

I remember my solo trip to Fiji and being on a magical boat ride along a stunning waterway. Turning to say something about how I felt, I realised I had no one with me. 🙁

At first, it saddened me, but then I absorbed the beauty in the silence and realised how much more I was able to feel into the moment.

In some ways, it is necessary to walk our path alone because when we are with our friends and family, they influence us.🙃

As humans, we have a desire to be with our tribe. Therefore, it is equally important to have people who understand and whom we can talk to and learn from.

Most of my personal growth journey has been alone, and I do not want that for others.😘
