This morning's Sound Medicine Journey at Yarra Ranges Naturopathy was just lovely. And a big thank you to Readings with Monica for your support 🙏

This is the first time that I've been offering sound healing sessions in the morning and I'm loving it. There's something special about starting the day with sound and feeling the healing effects of plant music and Native American flutes for the rest of the day.

I'll be back in Mount Evelyn next month, I'll post the date very soon 💜🎶
