Found some pics of my first ever clinic in 2001. It was in my parent rumpus room. Due to some superb advertising with my model sister in 2002, I was busy enough to expand the business into the garage as well 🤣🤣🤣.

I don't know where 25 years has gone, Im just glad i was able to upgrade the clinic a little 😁...

Awesome effort from these two legends who've been absolutely crushing it over the last few weeks.

Congratulations to Max and his brother Nick on an incredible performance at Red's Backyard Ultra. Max dug deep and clocked an astonishing 30 hours of non-stop running, showing incredible toughness and determination.

And this weekend, Dave brought home the gold from Perth, dominating the platform with outstanding performances in the bench press and deadlift. A fantastic achievement and a well-deserved reward for all the hard work.

We're incredibly proud to have such dedicated athletes here at IRC.
