Inner work is not just pulling yourself out of heaviness by allowing yourself to sit through the challenging stuff.

It's also to ground yourself in joyful practice. And one thing that might stop you doing that is... self-censorship 😬

Cringe is a concept of self-judgement or social judgement that if taken on board will kill the fun!

Your inner child knows it, gun is fun, no matter what anyone thinks!

Kindness is rooted in love
Niceness is rooted on fear.

Choose love. Be kind to yourself. And that may also mean tough love! Being a healthy parent to yourself... kick yourself in the butt and get that thing done!

After 20 years of using his talent to stay in the comfortable place of the man hiding behind it, the murder of George Floyd ignited in him a rage he couldn't look away from. He aimed his lens at his first demonstration and found the direction his focus needed.

He now runs A Celebration of Demonstration, a safe space for protest and a gallery showcasing human resilience, connection and strength.

How would you know Sonia? Well, I am delusionally optimistic, trust me 😁

Jokes aside, my spirit told me that only dreams I can achieve come to whisper to my heart and so far I've achieved them all. Some even while actively trying to avoid achieving, because dreams come true can be scary. So fear not! Even when you're scared!
