An incredible in-service learning session with Specialist Physiotherapist Dr Michael Vadiveloo! 👏

A fantastic opportunity for our IntegratePHYSIO team to deepen their knowledge and refine their clinical skills in lower limb injury assessment, rehabilitation and exercise progression.

From understanding movement and building strength to progressing patients safely back to sport and everyday activities, it was a brilliant hands-on session filled with practical clinical insights.

A memorable evening at the 2026 Australian Allied Health Awards in Adelaide! ✨🥂

We were honoured to be recognised as finalists, with both our directors, Sam Bhojwani and Yamini Kapoor, nominated for Physiotherapist of the Year, and IntegratePHYSIO nominated for Allied Health Team of the Year.

While we didn’t take home an award this year, it was a fantastic opportunity to celebrate our profession, connect with fellow allied health professionals and enjoy a wonderful evening with our amazing team.

WE WON! 🏆💚

We are incredibly proud to share that IntegratePHYSIO has been named the 2026 Australian Women’s Small Business Champion Award WINNER in the Physiotherapy category.

Seeing INTEGRATE PHYSIO up on the big screen and receiving this recognition on a national stage in Sydney was a very special moment for our whole team.

We are especially proud of Yamini, whose passion and commitment to physiotherapy particularly women’s, men’s and pelvic health has helped shape such an important part of IntegratePHYSIO.

But this recognition is about much more than one person.

It reflects the hard work of our entire team - our physiotherapists, exercise physiologists, administration team and everyone behind the scenes who contributes every day to the care we provide.

Three things we hear about back pain

“I need a scan.”
“I should just rest until it goes away.”
“My back is damaged, so I shouldn't load it.”

For many people with back pain, the story is more complicated than that.

A thorough history and physical assessment can often guide management without routine imaging, and prolonged rest isn't usually the answer. Graded movement, appropriate loading and progressive strengthening can form an important part of recovery.

The key is knowing what is appropriate for your back and your presentation.
