PILATES TIME!!!! Yes! I finally have a couple of Pilates reformers out on the back deck so you can peacefully look out at the lake while doing Pilates! I will open up some time slots on my booking portal shortly. Happy to start some sessions this week but only a few or my back will kill me!

I’m getting in a little early to let people know my surgery is booked for Thursday 26th March. Surgeon has advised 6 weeks recovery. I may (???? I’m being hopeful really) be able to try small things like dry needling or using the interferential or ultrasound machine earlier than the 6weeks but we shall see. Feel free to message me in that time if you want to check
