Yin Yoga is suitable for almost all levels of students. Yin targets connective tissues, such as the ligaments, bones, along with the joints of the body. While every class may vary, typically Yin involves long holds for a few minutes in a range of seated and reclined poses on your mat. The practice helps to access deeper layers of fascia. As a more meditative style of yoga, Yin can also help to quiet the mind.
Come along and join us for 60min a Yin class this week.🙏 Unite Yoga's purpose-built Yoga Studio is a wonderful escape and break from a busy life.

Newcomers are welcome! We have studio mats and props if you don't have your own. Just turn up 10-15mins before class start and give yourself time to get setup ready on your mat.

$30 for 14 days unlimited class pass valid only for newcomers.

$25 for a single casual class and other passes available.

Purchase your pass and book in via the free mindbody app.

Or just turn up and cash is always welcome in studio - pay by card also available.

Please bring correct change as no float is kept in studio - eftpos is available out front on The Esplanade.
