You don’t have to do postpartum alone. 🤍

Because postpartum care should be about caring for the mother too.

The meals I make are thoughtfully prepared to nourish your healing body.

The rest I help create space for is protected, encouraged and guilt-free.

The massage I provide supports your physical recovery and helps settle an overwhelmed nervous system.

The listening ear I offer is shaped by years of counselling experience.

And the baby and parenting support I provide comes from more than 20 years of working alongside families and newborns.

But perhaps most importantly, I’m there to remind you:

You are not failing.
You are not doing it wrong.
You don’t have to know all the answers.

You are becoming a mother.

And that is a huge transition.

My role isn’t to tell you how to mother your baby.

It’s to support you to trust yourself, find your confidence, care for your body and feel held while you find your way.

Because postpartum is about so much more than recovering from birth.

It’s about healing.
Adjusting.
Resting.
Learning.
Growing.
And finding yourself in this new version of you.

You deserve a village too. 🤍

You don’t have to do postpartum alone. 🤍

You deserve to feel supported, cared for and held as you find your way through those early days, weeks and months of motherhood.

My doula support is about more than baby care.

It’s about you too.

The meals I make are thoughtfully created for your healing.
The rest you’re finally able to take is protected and encouraged.
The massage I provide supports your recovery and nervous system.
The listening ear I offer is shaped by years of counselling wisdom.
The baby advice I share comes from decades of working alongside families just like yours.
The reassurance when you’re wondering, “Is this normal?”
The space to talk without judgement.
And the gentle reminder that you don’t have to have it all figured out.

I’ll support you to trust your instincts, find your confidence and navigate the messy, beautiful reality of becoming a mother.

Because postpartum isn’t just about recovering from birth.

It’s about recovering, adjusting, learning, growing and finding yourself again.

You don’t need to do it alone.

Nappy rash is one of the most common rashes in babies but it’s also one of the most misunderstood.

Not every red bottom is ‘just nappy rash’, and not every cream is the right solution. And often a few simple tweaks can help clear it right up and save you days of traumatic nappy changes.

In this carousel, I’m breaking down:
✨ What nappy rash actually is
✨ The most common causes
✨ What really helps (and what doesn’t)
✨ When it’s time to seek medical advice

To help you feel more confident the next time your little one has a sore bottom.

Save this post for later, share it with another parent, and remember: if your baby’s rash isn’t improving, seems very painful, is blistering, bleeding, or your baby is otherwise unwell, it’s always worth having it assessed by your GP or child health nurse.

Lately I’ve had quite a few questions about what Mums & Bubs actually is and who it’s for… so I thought I’d clear it up!
Mums & Bubs is so much more than a mother’s group. It’s a space to connect with other mums, learn from trusted local experts, ask the questions you’ve been Googling at 2am, and leave feeling supported, informed and a little less alone.
Whether you’re a first-time mum, navigating life with a new baby again, or simply looking for your village, there’s a place for you here.
If you’ve been sitting on the fence about coming along, this is your sign. 💛
I’d love to welcome you and your little one
