At Knoxbrooke we value all of our team members ideas and input, last week we asked our staff what they would like to add to our menu. Ethan said he would like to make some timtam slice.
This morning at Mills RD, Jay and Ethan got busy in the kitchen and whipped up a delicious Tim Tam Slice.

When our Mills Rd team aren’t making great coffee or food, there’s always jobs to do to keep busy.

Filling the milkshake syrups, cutlery wrapped, plenty of cleaning, organising and not to mention having fun together. Enjoying being at work is a top priority!

Kerryn has no idea how to make a coffee FYI and is happy to leave that to our cafe team!
