Possum House At Possum House we offer counselling, play therapy, and parenting support to children, adolescents, and their families.

Nicky Trussler and Paulaida Fitzsimmons are both Accredited Mental Health Social Workers with significant experience in supporting children, young people and their families. We aim to provide a therapy environment that is safe, understanding, and age appropriate. At Possum House we have two play therapy rooms and two general counselling rooms. We provide Synergetic Play Therapy, AutPlay, Trauma Fo

cused Cognitive Therapy, and draw from a large range of other therapeutic interventions. We believe that one size DOES NOT fit all and provides interventions tailored to each child and their family's needs.

Mel is an Occupational Therapist that is joining the Possum House team. She comes to us with extensive experience supporting people with mental health difficulties from an OT perspective, building executive functioning skills, managing sensory processing differences and supporting energy needs. Within Possum House Mel will be focusing on clients age 10-18 in Warrnambool and Portland and has immediate availability for new therapy clients.
