PART-TIME ADMINISTRATION / RECEPTIONIST
- 3 days per week 9am-5pm

The job:
- Greet and check-in patients.
- Manage appointment scheduling and patient bookings.
- Support Doctors, Nurses and daily operations in the clinic.
- Triaging and patient care. Medicare, billing and banking.
- Data entry, sending referrals and correspondence.

Requirements:
- Friendly and professional attitude.
- Experience in administration or customer service preferred.
- Organised and attention to detail.
- Clear communication skills and polite phone manner.
- Fast and accurate typing, data entry and experience with computers.
-Travelling to Warrnambool clinic as needed
