What is Lomi Lomi, you ask? 🤔

Might I say Lomi lomi is the master of all massages! 🙌

It's not just relaxation and gentle flow work stimulating your lympatics and calming your nervous system... 💆‍♀️ It's long flowing movements over your entire body using firm pressure with palms and forearms increasing blood circulation to much needed areas. It's elbows doing deep tissue work getting into those stubborn knots that cause pain and inflammation.💪 There's stretches throughout the massage that help muscle and joint release..

Lomi Lomi is a very detailed massage, focusing not only on one area, but the entire body. (NOT THE PRIVATE AREA)

Pain in a specific area is not always where that pain is coming from. I'll leave no stone unturned to find the root of the cause.. 🙌

I make sure you're comfortable at all times. Is that pressure ok? Are you warm enough? Would you like more or less in that area. This massage is "Your massage". 🤎

Traditional Lomi Lomi is done fully unclothed. You are covered at all times with a soft drape and only uncovered are the areas being worked on. As I said, this is your massage and if you aren't comfortable being naked then it's totally fine to leave your underwear on.

I get asked if I can do 30 mins or a hour because they don't have time for 90 mins. Yes, I sure can do something for you in that amount of time.. I'm here for you.. ☺️
Although 90mins is the perfect amount of time to feel the full benefits of a Lomi Lomi massage. 🙌 Its unhurried, relaxing and you'll feel like a new person by the end of it.
