Natural therapies are often used alongside regular medical treatments to help boost overall health and wellbeing. When combined with standard medical care, they can offer additional benefits that support the body to heal and find balance.

The Australian Government officially reinstated natural therapies for private health.
Only Eligible funds from 1 April 2026
began offering cover for *Yoga & *Pilates services.

Please note not all insurers are the same, while health funds are now permitted to cover these services, they are not legally required to do so. All varies depending on your provider.

The pass is for one person. There are no shared passes allowed and no rain checks!

Please note :Yoga classes in our studio can run from 60-75 minutes, the point of this especially Savasana, is considered crucial in yoga practice because it provides a dedicated time for deep relaxation, allowing the body to fully integrate the benefits of the preceding poses by calming the nervous system, reducing stress, and promoting a sense of inner stillness through focused breathwork, essentially acting as a "reset" button for both mind and body. ✌️❤️🧘
