Please note that Hastings Medical Centre will be closed this Saturday for this weekend only.

We understand that health concerns can arise at any time, so if you require medical assistance while the Medical Centre is closed, the following services are available:

Alternative Care Options During Closure

• Wauchope Hospital Urgent Care – open 8:00am to 6:00pm for minor injuries and urgent medical needs

• Port Macquarie Base Hospital Emergency Department & Fast Track Urgent Care – Wrights Road, Port Macquarie

• Mid North Coast Virtual Care Service – speak with a nurse or doctor daily from 8:00am to 4:30pm on (02) 6589 2515

• Medicare – call 1300 MEDICARE (1300 633 422) for after-hours health support and advice

🚑 In an emergency, always call 000.

🌅 We reopen Monday from 6:30am

Our team will be back bright and early Monday morning, ready to continue providing the quality care you know and trust.

Please note that Hastings Medical Centre will be closed across the ANZAC Day long weekend, including Saturday, Sunday, and the additional Monday public holiday.

We understand that health concerns do not take a break during public holidays, so if you require medical assistance while we are closed, the following services are available:

Our NBN service is still currently down, however our phone lines are now back online. Please be aware there may still be some intermittent difficulties with phone service while repairs continue.

NBN technicians will be on site today to repair the damaged fibre connection.

⚠️ Telephone / Internet Outage Notice – Hastings Medical Centre Wauchope ⚠️

Please be advised that we are currently experiencing an unexpected outage affecting our NBN service, which means our telephone system is also unavailable at present.

As a result, incoming and outgoing phone calls to the practice are currently impacted.

We understand this is inconvenient and apologise for the disruption. We are working to have services restored as quickly as possible and will provide an update as soon as normal service resumes.

If your matter is urgent and you are attending the practice, please come directly to reception.

Hastings Medical Centre will be closed on:

Thursday 25 December – Christmas Day

Friday 26 December – Boxing Day

✅ We WILL be open on Saturday 27 December for walk-in appointments 8 to 11am

If you need medical assistance on the public holidays:

Wauchope Hospital Urgent Care is available 8am–6pm daily

Port Macquarie Base Hospital Emergency & Fast Track are available 24 hours
