Great ingredients can actually work against each other in the wrong order—so here’s the simple logic we teach our clients.⁠

☀️ Morning is for protection: cleanse, vitamin C for antioxidant defence, moisturiser, then SPF over the top. Always.⁠
⁠
🌙 Night is for renewal: cleanse, your active (like a retinoid), then moisturiser to buffer and hydrate.⁠
⁠
Three golden rules: introduce one new active at a time, don’t layer strong actives like retinoids and acids on the same night unless we’ve told you to, and give any new product 8–12 weeks before you judge it.⁠
