๐ŸŽ‰ MOTHER'S DAY MAY GIVEAWAY WINNER ๐ŸŽ‰

A huge thank you to all the lovely ladies who joined us at Social Mums Club Cleveland, Birkdale & Surrounds events throughout May and entered our Mother's Day May giveaways! ๐Ÿ’—

This year we were absolutely blown away by the generosity of 19 of our amazing local Redlands sponsors, who donated 25 incredible prizes to help us celebrate the wonderful mums in our community.

To enter, mums attended SMC events throughout May, were members of our community, tagged friends on our giveaway posts, and earned bonus entries by showing up and getting involved.

A massive thank you to Tessa from WOW Chiropractic for kindly donating these THREE very generous prizes!

Congratulations to **Paula, Tatum & Melissa**! ๐ŸŽ‰๐Ÿ’

I'll send you a private message shortly to arrange your prize.

Thank you again to everyone who participated, supported our local businesses, and spent time connecting with other mums throughout May. We love celebrating you! ๐Ÿ’•

One week before the school term ends... come and take a deep, collective breath with us at Calm Your Nervous System - Ladies Morning Tea

As mums, our nervous systems are constantly firing. We are always reacting, organising, and looking after everyone else, which leaves very little time to look after ourselves. Before the chaos of the school holidays kicks off, give yourself the gift of a gentle morning out centered all around managing stress, overcoming daily overwhelm, and practical self-care for busy mums.

We are so lucky to be hosted by WOW Chiropractic in Cleveland! Come fill your cup up with beautiful tea, treats, and supportive conversations.

Comment GENTLE below if you are ready to slow down and protect this morning for yourself!

What type of back pain are you experiencing?

Back pain isnโ€™t one-size-fits-all. Understanding the type of pain you have is the first step toward managing it.

๐Ÿค” Non-specific low back pain
Around 8 in 10 cases fall into this category, where thereโ€™s no single identifiable cause. Often linked to muscles, joints or everyday strain.

โšก Acute back pain
Short-term pain that can come on suddenly, often from lifting, movement or minor injury.

โณ Chronic back pain
Pain that persists for 12 weeks or more, sometimes continuing even after the initial cause has resolved.

โžก๏ธ Referred or radiating pain
Pain that travels, such as down the leg, often linked to nerve involvement.

๐Ÿง  Back pain doesnโ€™t just affect the body - it can also impact mental wellbeing, contributing to stress, fatigue and reduced quality of life.

Understanding your pain is the first step to getting back to feeling good.

๐Ÿ“Š Did you know 56% of Australians are not meeting recommended levels of physical activity?

This increasingly sedentary lifestyle is contributing to a rise in back pain and other spinal health concerns.

Prolonged sitting, inactivity and extended screen time at work and home can lead to poor posture, reduced movement and increased strain on the spine - all of which can contribute to back pain and musculoskeletal disorders.

Back pain doesnโ€™t just affect the body - it can also impact mental wellbeing, contributing to stress, fatigue and everyday pressures.

Adjust your thinking and join Spinal Health Month (1โ€“30 June) to access FREE resources and learn practical, evidence-based ways to support your spinal health.

This yearโ€™s theme: back pain - with a different focus each week:

๐Ÿ’ผ Week 2: Work-Related Back Pain
๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘ง Week 3: Families & Back Pain
