Whether you’re looking to relax, recharge, release stress or simply take some time for yourself, I’d love to support you.

I offer a range of nurturing treatments including Lomi Massage, Nurturing Pregnancy Massage which includes Reiki & Sound Healing, also Breathwork sessions tailored to your individual needs.

Alongside my treatments, I also offer private Breathwork & Sound Healing group sessions and host “FEEL GOOD MORNING’s” on the first Monday of each month 9.30-11am.

I completed my training with Cool 2Be Conscious a few years ago and can honestly say it was one of the most challenging but most rewarding things I’ve ever done.

It wasn’t just about learning Breathwork techniques or becoming a facilitator. It was about looking within, doing the work on myself, and learning to move through things I had previously avoided.

At times it was uncomfortable, confronting and deeply emotional, but it was also one of the most rewarding experiences of my life.

For me, one of the biggest lessons was that if we want to truly support others on their healing journey, we must first be willing to do some of our own healing.

The training gave me so much more than a qualification. It gave me greater self-awareness, deeper compassion and the confidence to hold space for others in a genuine and authentic way.

Today I have the privilege of co-facilitating Soul Awakening with the beautiful Julie, who also trained through C2BC. Together we create spaces for connection, Breathwork, Sound Healing and personal growth, and so much of what we offer has been shaped by what we learned during our training.

I can’t recommend Ry and the C2BC training highly enough. If you’re feeling called to this work, know that it will challenge you, but also change your life in ways you never expected.
