There's a version of fitness that feels like punishment.
Early alarm. Crowded floor. Loud music. Everyone looking like they know what they're doing. You do your programme alone, leave alone, and hope you're doing it right.
That's not what BFiTT is.
Every session here has a coach in the room. Not someone running a class from the front while you figure it out โ someone who knows your name, knows your history, and notices when something's off.
The people you train alongside are at the same stage you are. They have the same questions. They've had the same weeks where everything fell apart and they came back anyway.
It's hard to describe what that does for consistency. But once you've trained in an environment where people actually know you're there โ it's very hard to go back to training somewhere you're invisible.
