This was one of those trips that took a long time to fully digest. It was challenging and incredibly beautiful in equal measure. I think it was 2016, not 100% sure. Definitely has a place in my heart. 💙

Reflecting on past journeys together. I’ve always found being immersed in nature to be supportive for meditation, quiet contemplation and deep healing. One day these legs will joyfully stroll through the Himalayas again 🙏🏽
