Platinum Physiotherapy is located on the Central Coast within the Reliance GP Super Clinic. We work closely with other health professionals and have an integrated, multidisciplinary, team-based, patient-centered approach to health care. Our physiotherapists and exercise physiologist can help you with a variety of issues including:

Our Director Kim Findlay has been appointed to the Surf Life Saving Australia Physiotherapy Network

25 years of physiotherapy. A lifetime in the surf. One unique perspective.

Physiotherapy experience. Lifesaving experience. A unique understanding of both.

I am proud to be a member of the Surf Life Saving Australia Physiotherapy Network, a role that brings together my 25 years of physiotherapy experience with my long-standing involvement in surf lifesaving.

My experience spans clinical physiotherapy, sports and high-performance environments, as well as hands-on involvement as a surf lifesaver, competitor, volunteer and club leader.

This combination gives me an understanding of the physical demands of surf lifesaving from both sides — as a clinician and as someone who has experienced the demands of training, competition, rescue and life within a surf club.

As a member of the national physiotherapy network, I am able to contribute to and collaborate with physiotherapists supporting Surf Life Saving Australia athletes and members across training and competition environments.

I am particularly passionate about helping athletes and lifesavers remain strong, resilient and performing at their best, while ensuring injuries are managed appropriately and return to training and lifesaving duties is safe and well supported.

Thanks Narelle for delivering the branch combined surf sports development coaching reaccreditation session at Terrigal surf club tonight. It was an insightful evening delivered with the lastest evidence based data Narelle has been on the forefront of in surf lifesaving with her role as high performance pathway manager and coach at SLA. Kim joined other high performance coaches from Several clubs across the coast. Was great to share ideas with the group in this space. We're proud to officially introduce the athletes selected for our sponsorship program alongside our physiotherapist Kim.

Ashton Bone, Bodi Bone, Jodie Mead, Edan Milne, Hamish Milne and Tiziana Portese.

This initiative is all about investing back into our local sporting community and supporting the next generation of athletes. We're passionate about helping young athletes access quality physiotherapy care, reduce injury risk, and build strong foundations for longterm performance and wellbeing.

At Platinum Physiotherapy, we recognise the commitment required to compete at a high level, especially for young athletes balancing sport, study, work and life, and this program gives back to our local community by providing support both in and beyond their sport.

We're excited to work closely with these athletes throughout the year and can't wait to follow their journey.
