Yum 😋 last nights dinner!
Last evening I just knew I needed a yummy bowl of goodness for my dinner.
A quick search of my fridge revealed a small chicken breast and a pretty good variety of veggies! So I got to work & without much effort….viola, dinner!
I had added some dried herbs but in tasting I found the taste a bit ‘dull’ for my liking, so I decided to ‘brighten’ it up with a bit of lemon- except I didn’t have any🤪 no problem- doTERRA to the rescue. A couple of drops of doTERRA Lemon essential oil did the trick 💛

So good- served with rice 😋
