Session one of our City to Surf training program is done! 🏃‍♂️

Sunny skies and motivated athletes made for a great first hit-out at Subiaco Oval this week.

We're 7 weeks out from the big day, and this crew will be ready and raring when we hit the start line.

Big thanks to everyone who came down and got involved. Same time, same place next week.

What a night at Optus Stadium!

On Friday, some of our participants and their parents joined us in the Revo Fitness corporate box to watch the West Coast Eagles take on the Crows. The Eagles didn't get the win, but the night was a winner for everyone in the box.

A huge thank you to Revo Fitness for donating this experience to The Buddiup Project. Revo have supported Buddiup and Sisterup for almost three years, and we share the same goal of making health and wellbeing accessible to everyone.

Thanks for a night our crew won't forget, Revo!

A big congratulations to Buddiup participant Jack, who just landed home after a week in Queensland competing across three international Taekwondo events, the Presidents Cup Oceania, Australian Open, and Oceania Poomsae Championships.

With around 500 athletes competing from 19 countries, Jack picked up 3 silver medals from each event he entered.

To compete at this level he is classified by specialist doctors and assigned a disability class, with results counting toward his world ranking. He also attended the Australian Para Poomsae Training Pathways Program during the week to continue his development.

Nearly 20 years in Taekwondo and still going strong. 🥈🥈🥈

On Saturday, The Buddiup Project hosted the inaugural Buddiup Cup, with NORTH BEACH FOOTBALL CLUB and Wembley Integrated Football Team coming together for a pre-season friendly. The game saw the two teams mix up players for a fun hit out. It was a game played in great spirits, followed by a sausage sizzle with thanks to our good mates at Mens Talk AU.

Thanks to everybody involved, and we look forward to making this a regular fixture within the pre-season calendar!

We're excited to be hosting the inaugural Buddiup Cup!

This pre-season friendly will see Wembley Integrated Football Team and NORTH BEACH FOOTBALL CLUB Integrated teams come together for a fun afternoon! Players from both teams will be mixed together on the day - playing with mates and against them!

We'd love to see you down to support the players! The game kicks off at 1pm at Wembley Sports Park, withg a sausage sizzle following the game.
