Exciting news!

Introducing Unstuck OT x GiggleDocs

I am so thrilled to announce that I am now working with the amazing Dr Casey Sullivan and her wonderful team at GiggleDocs

This was the collab I didn't know I needed, but once I had the privilege of experiencing how this team works, I knew this was the right move for me

I'm currently working from GiggleDocs on Wednesdays, with a plan to move my entire practice here over the next couple of months. I will be in touch with all current clients directly to let you know when your appointment location will change

I know that change can bring up mixed feelings, so if you have any questions or concerns please feel free to reach out to me so we can plan for this transition to go as smoothly as possible for you

I’m excited to launch Unstuck Spaces, the consultancy and resource branch of Unstuck OT, focused on supporting spaces and systems to better meet the needs of neurodivergent people. This is a separate, business-facing space - while Unstuck OT continues to provide clinical OT services, Unstuck Spaces allows me to share practical resources and guidance for organisations, schools, and event organisers.

The first resource under this brand is Curating Calm, a professional, downloadable guide to temporary calming spaces for events.

This guide grew out of my OT work, where I noticed that many events are described as “inclusive” but don’t provide a clear plan for what happens when someone becomes overwhelmed and needs space to regulate.

Curating Calm walks through how to plan and set up a calming space that is:
– practical and realistic
– neuroaffirming (not tokenistic)
– suitable for temporary or pop-up use

It’s designed for organisations, schools, service providers, and event organisers who want a clear framework rather than starting from scratch. The guide is grounded in real-world constraints - temporary spaces, limited budgets, and environments you don’t fully control.

To mark the launch, an introductory discount is available for a short time.

For those wanting more hands-on support, the guide can be bundled with a 60-minute online consult focused on practical, achievable changes for real-world service settings.
