At Westmead Rehabilitation Hospital, our specialised Neurological Rehabilitation Program supports patients recovering from stroke, brain injury and other neurological conditions through a comprehensive, multidisciplinary rehabilitation pathway.

Using evidence-based therapies and innovative technologies, including robotic-assisted rehabilitation, we help patients work towards improved mobility, independence and quality of life as they progress through their recovery journey.

Recovery of the arm and shoulder can be one of the most challenging aspects of rehabilitation, particularly following neurological injury, surgery or trauma. Regaining strength, coordination and confidence often requires intensive, repetitive therapy tailored to each individual’s goals and abilities.

At Westmead Rehabilitation Hospital, we are continually exploring new and innovative ways to support recovery and improve patient outcomes.
