TK Community Care Services is a disability services organisation based in Darwin in the NT TKCCS has been operating in the Darwin region since 2018.

We are a locally owned and operated organisation with a range of experience and expertise. We offer a wide range of disability support services. We service participants of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Services we currently offer are: Support Coordination, Psychosocial Recovery Coaching, Supported Independent Living (SIL), Short-term Accommodation (STA), Medium-term Accommodatio

n (MTA), Respite, Community Access, Assistance with Travel and Transport, Assistance with Development of Daily Living and Life Skills, and In-home Support. We offer an individualised, person-centred service to all of our participants. We have the immediate capacity to accept and action referrals for Support Coordination and Psychosocial Recovery Coaching. We can begin supporting participants almost immediately.

TK Community Care held an Open House Day in Katherine East to introduce our expansion and the end-to-end supports we will now be offering in the local area which we have capacity for.

It was a great opportunity to meet new stakeholders, connect with the local community, and showcase our newest SIL house.
