Today, we pause to remember and honour all those who have served, and those who have sacrificed for our country. We also acknowledge the families who stood beside them, whose strength and support form an enduring part of their story.

During the World Wars and other conflicts, St John Volunteer Aid Detachments played a vital role - providing medical care, first aid, patient transport and essential support both at home and abroad. Their dedication reflects a long-standing commitment to caring for others in times of need.
