Recovery Solutions provides counselling to trauma survivors and neurodiverse individuals

Recovery Solutions Counselling provides specialised services in grief, loss and trauma, assisting individuals of all ages. We provide evidence based therapeutic interventions assisting individuals in their recovery journey. Staff at Recovery Solutions also offers assistance to people experiencing mental health concerns, impeding on their ability to manage the demands of daily life.

SIBLING SQUAD – BETTER TOGETHER!

Building stronger sibling connections, one teamwork challenge at a time.

Siblings can be the best of friends one minute and arguing the next!

Join us for a fun, interactive 2-hour workshop designed to help siblings strengthen their relationships, work together and learn practical ways to manage disagreements.

Through games, creative challenges and hands-on activities, children will explore:

- Teamwork and cooperation
- Friendship, kindness and connection
- Understanding each other's feelings
- Managing arguments and big emotions
- Communication, compromise and problem-solving

Every sibling team will take home their own Sibling Squad Kit filled with practical tools and activities to keep building their connection at home.

Because being siblings doesn't mean always agreeing — it means learning how to work through differences together.
