What if I told you that I could make the daunting experience of motherhood a little easier? Let’s prepare your body for pregnancy and the postnatal period. Telehealth, face-to-face, in-home Physiotherapy and (coming soon) online courses to improve your pelvic health and provide you with tools to continue moving safely and pain free through your motherhood journey. I’m Kayla Morosin - Physiotherapi

st and Passionate Women’s Health advocate. With over 10 years of Physiotherapy and Clinical Pilates experience, I’m a proud part-owner of a multidisciplinary allied health clinic in the Illawarra. After the birth of my two beautiful babies, I became acutely aware of the gap in perinatal care for women and their changing bodies. And so, Evolving Bellies was born.

One lucky gal will be receiving this gift voucher at the upcoming Better Births Illawarra Ten Years Strong Celebration.

This organisation raises vital funds to invest in preventing birth trauma, driving change for every woman to be able to access midwifery-led continuity of care and be respected, heard and supported.

I am so very honoured to contribute to and be a part of this very special event.

Do I really need to see a physio during pregnancy if I’m not experiencing common symptoms like leakage or constipation or pelvic pain?

👏 YES GIRL, YES.

Knowledge is power. We can talk through so many important topics:

🤍 What changes to expect in your body
🤍 Current Australian Guidelines for exercise
🤍 Birth preparation
🤍 Pelvic floor strengthening and lengthening if required
🤍 Self management techniques to prevent and ease aches and pains
🤍 Individualised education and exercise for recovery
🤍 C-scar management

The list goes on…

Wondering when to pay us a visit? Anytime is fine really, but Trimester Two is a good place to start.

Any questions? Reach out in the comments or send me a DM.

The soundtrack playing in my brain when I walked in this morning to see all these different types of pessaries!

What an incredible option for women to be able to conservatively manage symptoms of bulge, heaviness, stress incontinence etc.

Feeling confident about bringing this type of management into my clinical practice moving forward at Matremaga Physiotherapy and hopefully soon at Embrace Medical on Crown

If you think you might have pelvic organ prolapse, book via the links in my bio 🔗

Off to the practical for the Advanced Pelvic Floor - Pelvic Organ Prolapse course where we’ll be practicing fitting various types of pessaries.

Feeling a little nervous but also excited to be able to offer this as a treatment for women experiencing POP 🤍

Wish me luck!

🏃‍♀️ Thinking about getting back to running after having a baby?

Returning to running isn’t just about waiting 6 or 12 weeks. It’s about making sure your body is truly ready.

My Return to Run Checklist is designed to help guide postpartum women through the key areas that should be considered before lacing up their shoes again. From pelvic floor function and abdominal recovery to strength, balance and impact tolerance, this checklist provides a practical framework to help reduce the risk of injury and build confidence as you return to the activity you love.

Every postpartum journey is different, so if you’re unsure where to start, book an assessment for personalised guidance. 🔗 Links to do so are in my bio
