MEGAN MULCAHY | Psychologist at Self Reflections
There is something incredibly special about witnessing someone grow into the clinician they were always becoming.
Over the past few years, weâve had the privilege of watching Megan develop with warmth, thoughtfulness, curiosity, and genuine care for the people she works with. And today, weâre so proud to officially celebrate her as a Registered Psychologist.
Megan works with children, adolescents, and adults across a range of presentations including anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, neurodiversity, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, personality-related challenges, and body image or emerging eating disorder concerns.
Her work is deeply grounded in reflection, insight, and relational safety. She has a strong interest in schema therapy, attachment, perfectionism, personality patterns, and helping clients gently understand the emotions, experiences, and coping strategies that shape the way they move through the world.
Megan brings a therapeutic style that is warm, collaborative, approachable, and deeply thoughtful. She creates a space where clients can feel safe enough to explore, understood without judgement, and supported at their own pace.
Her work draws from a range of evidence-based approaches including CBT, ACT, DBT, Schema Therapy, psychodynamic-informed work, and mindfulness strategies, always tailored thoughtfully to the individual sitting in front of her.
Most importantly, Megan shows up with humanity. And that matters deeply to us at Self Reflections đ¤
