Today I had a wonderful sauna and float at Wellness & Recovery Haus | Kiama, South Coast NSW in Kiama.

If you haven’t paid them a visit, I highly recommend them. It’s the little things that make them stand apart from some of their competitors. Absolutely 100% worth the drive.

Remember to do the things that look after your wellbeing 💕

I had a swarm while I was away pet-sitting and have just been into the hive to check. There are less bees and I couldn’t spot a queen, but did find some queen cells in the brood box, hopefully the bees have it under control and I won’t need to re-queen the hive.
Honey will be available to buy in clinic as soon as I make some labels!

For practitioners!!! A fabulous, informative and free masterclass for the prevention and reversal of cognitive decline by Jo Grabyn. I did this masterclass last year after hearing Jo speak at the ATMS healthy brain symposium and I would highly recommend it!
