Helping our senior pets stay comfortable and moving with confidence.🐾🩺💙😎

As our pets grow older, age-related conditions such as arthritis, joint stiffness and muscle soreness can make everyday activities more challenging. While we can’t stop the ageing process, we can help keep them feeling their best.

TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation) is a gentle, non-invasive therapy that uses mild electrical impulses to help relieve pain, encourage muscle function, and improve comfort. It can be a valuable part of a senior pet’s rehabilitation plan, helping them stay active, mobile and enjoy a better quality of life.

Every senior deserves to enjoy their golden years with as much comfort as possible. 🐾💙

If you think your senior pet could benefit from rehabilitation, give our lovely receptionists a call to book a consultation with our rehabilitation team.

Meet Ambi!

Ambi has been part of our rehab family since June, and she’s been working hard every step of the way. Watching her confidence and strength continue to grow has been so rewarding.

Keep up the amazing work, sweet girl! 🐾💙

Who said rehab can’t be fashionable? 😎✌🏽

Basil is all smiles during his TPLO rehabilitation and rocking his laser goggles like a pro. He’s getting stronger every session, and we couldn’t be prouder of him! 🐾

💙 Keeping our senior pets moving, one swim at a time.🐾

Hydrotherapy is a fantastic way to help senior pets stay active while putting minimal stress on their joints. The buoyancy of the water supports their body weight, making movement easier and more comfortable, perfect for pets with arthritis, stiffness, muscle loss, or reduced mobility.

As they exercise in the water, they can build strength, improve joint flexibility, increase endurance, and maintain muscle mass, all while experiencing less pain than they might on land.

Hydrotherapy isn’t just about exercise, it’s about helping our senior companions stay comfortable, confident, and enjoying the best quality of life possible. 💙🐾

If you think your senior pet could benefit from hydrotherapy, give our lovely receptionists a call to book a rehabilitation consultation with our team.

💙 Meet Willow!

This gorgeous girl recently underwent a bilateral TPLO after being diagnosed with cruciate ligament disease in both knees.

By repairing both knees, Willow can recover with improved stability and get back to doing what she loves with less pain and better mobility. 🐾

Rehabilitation is a vital part of the recovery process following TPLO surgery. Through a tailored rehab program, we focus on improving strength, restoring range of motion, reducing discomfort, and helping patients safely return to their normal activities.

We’re so proud to be part of Willow’s recovery journey, and we can’t wait to see her continue to make fantastic progress! 💙

Bailey 💙🐾

Bailey is currently in rehab with us following a diagnosis of IVDD, working through a tailored program to support his recovery and keep him as comfortable as possible.

He’s started TENS and hydrotherapy, which help with pain relief, gentle muscle activation, and encouraging controlled movement without placing extra strain on his spine. These sessions are all about building strength safely and progressing at a pace that suits him.

If your pet has been diagnosed with a spinal condition, early rehab support can make a big difference!

✨ Alfie ✨

Alfie underwent TPLO surgery and has just completed 6 weeks of rehabilitation with us!

During his recovery he worked hard with laser therapy, TENS, hydrotherapy, and of course received plenty of cuddles along the way.

He has done an amazing job throughout his rehab and we are so proud of his progress! 🐾💙
