Our Support Goes Beyond Behaviour.

At Inclusive Therapeutics, our support goes beyond behaviour.

We take the time to understand the person as a whole, their experiences, their relationships, and the environments around them. Behaviour is often a form of communication, and by understanding what sits underneath, we’re able to support change in a way that feels safe and meaningful.

Supporting participants across Gippsland

We’re now supporting participants across Gippsland, including Wonthaggi, Bairnsdale, Inverloch, Traralgon, Sale, Moe, Morwell, and Korumburra.

Having practitioners based within the region allows us to provide more consistent, responsive, and connected support. It also means we can better understand the local context and work alongside existing supports in a meaningful way.

Therapeutic Behaviour Support Available in Echuca/Moama!

We currently have capacity in Echuca and surrounding areas with two of our wonderful practitioners.

Sara is a Psychology (Honours) graduate who is passionate about helping people create meaningful and lasting change. She brings a strengths-based, compassionate approach, with interests in autism, neurodiversity and mental health.

Jo has extensive experience supporting people of all ages, especially young children and their families. Her work is grounded in trauma-informed practice and child development, with a strong focus on person-centred outcomes.

Both Sara and Jo are NDIS Registered Behaviour Support Practitioners who work closely with participants, families and support teams.

Meet Amber, Pathway Lead - Gippsland!

As we continue growing our Gippsland team, we’d love to introduce Amber, your central contact and Pathway Lead in the region.

Amber is a Therapeutic Behaviour Support Practitioner with a background in educational theory and youth services. She is passionate about strengths-based, person-centred practice and is particularly energised by seeing a plan come together in a way that creates meaningful, lasting change. Inspired by the resilience of rural communities, Amber brings warmth, creativity, and strong clinical thinking to her work.

As Pathway Lead – Gippsland, Amber supports practitioners entering Behaviour Support through clear leadership, reflective supervision, and practical coaching. She works closely alongside your Guide, Navigator and Coach, ensuring every practitioner is held within a connected, supported system, not left to navigate complexity alone.

Meet Naomi - Immediate Capacity Available!

Naomi holds a Bachelor of Health Sciences (Naturopathy) and a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology/Physiology) and is passionate about creating meaningful, positive change through collaborative and person-centred support.

Naomi is inspired by connecting deeply with others to understand their experiences and enjoys translating knowledge into practical strategies that support healthy, joyful living. Her areas of interest include self-awareness, emotional regulation, positive growth mindsets, and supporting evolving behaviours and perspectives.
