For the past 12 months, I’ve been quietly following a calling…I’ve been studying to become a Sound Healing Practitioner to help others and immerse myself in the same healing journey. Alongside other modalities I will soon be offering sessions at Dovetail Retreat. Until then, I’ll practice on my frazzled friends and family. 🥰

Sound has been used for thousands of years as a sacred way to restore harmony, quiet the mind and reconnect us with our inner wisdom. The vibrations gently invite the body to soften, the breath to deepen and the nervous system to remember what it feels like to rest.

Each sound journey is unique.
