Q: Is Sports Therapy just for injuries occurred during sport?
A: No! You can sprain an ankle during a game of basketball, or if you're like me, you can get the exact same injury falling down stairs. Sports Therapy uses sport, exercise and fitness principles to treat and rehabilitate ANY musculoskeletal injury, no matter how it was caused. The aim is to get you back to your maximal health and fitness following a long term or short term injury. We also work with clients to PREVENT injury reoccurance... you don't have to 'just deal' with an injury!!
Sports Therapy isn't just about treating injuries, I aim to get you back to your ideal health, even if its treating a sore neck or lower back from years of work that is limiting your fitness and ease of life.
