77 year old Arizona Man with Stage 4 Prostate Cancer, Gleason 9

In December 2024 he started:

IVM 1mg/kg/day
FBZ 444mg/day
(increased to 888mg/day)
Hormone Therapy

Results after 18 months (!!)

PSMA PET Scan results (as of 04-27-2026):

Bone Metastases mostly resolved with rib lesion remaining—SUV 2.9 to 1.2.

Tumors in the prostate have reduced in size

left side SUV 26.7 to 7.5
right side SUV 22.4 to 3.7.

External iliac lymph node metastasis SUV 40.5 (1.7 cm) to 3.8 (4 mm).
