yet deeply into the muscles with continuous, flowing strokes. The long, constant strokes are designed to help the body let go of its old patterns and behaviours, which can cause as many stresses and strains as muscle tension. Rhythm is paramount and ultimately hypnotic, which acts to bring the mind to a place of absolute stillness. This state of “stillness” is experienced during treatment by both therapist and recipient. The practitioner is merely an instrument, through which life force or Mana is allowed to flow and channel into the recipient. What an adventure ! x 1 Year ago this week I was adventure bound in Hawaii completing my Level 4 Lomi Hawaiian Massage. Oh my goodness - so many gorgeous memories. From sunrise walks watching the waves crash on beaches, swimming in hot springs, climbing into giant lava made caves, driving on crazy wonky lava roads, partying with the locals, gorgeous waterfalls and rain forests to hiking along lava flows, Stunningly beautiful at every turn. Thank you Hawaii, Forever in my Heart. Thank you to my wonderful travelling companions. Life is truly amazing. Love you all. Mahalo. ps: here's the photo link as fb playing games today lol x
