Esketamine works differently from traditional antidepressants and is administered as a nasal spray under the supervision of trained health care professionals and is used with an oral antidepressant prescribed by your psychiatrist.

We are excited to share that we're progressing the opening of a new Cardiac Rehabilitation service, supporting improved access to care for patients across the Peninsula and wider Central Coast community.

❤ This new service will provide eligible cardiac patients with rehabilitation closer to home, helping support recovery, confidence and long-term heart health following a cardiac event or procedure.

❤ The development of Cardiac Rehabilitation at Brisbane Waters Private Hospital will also strengthen the broader rehabilitation network across our Central Coast hospitals, creating additional capacity and supporting more patients to access timely, coordinated care within our local Healthe Care facilities.

🔴⚫🟡 A huge thank you to all the staff, patients, doctors and supporters across our Gosford, Brisbane Waters and Tuggerah Lakes Private Hospitals for supporting our recent NAIDOC fundraiser in support of Mingaletta Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Corporation.

Mingaletta is the primary Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community hub based in the Umina and Woy Woy Area of the Central Coast, offering a safe place for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to be part of a community and celebrate culture.

With your support we were able to raise over $2,500 which will be used to support and empower Aboriginal people.
