🌟 Free Child Health and Development Checks - Cleve & Wudinna 🌟

DID YOU KNOW? - Regular health and development checks are recommended for all children aged 0-5 years. Milestone ages for these checks are 1-4 weeks, 8 weeks, 6-9 months, 12 months, 18-24 months, 3 years and 4-5 years.

The Eyre and Far North Local Health Network in partnership with the Child and Family Health Service (CaFHS) is conducting free child health and development checks at the following locations:

📍 LOCATION: Cleve Community Health - 13 Main Street, Cleve

📅 DATE: Monday 22 June
📍 LOCATION: Wudinna Community Health - 16-24 Richards Avenue, Wudinna

A health and development check can identify your child’s strengths, as well as areas where your child may need additional support during their early years.

Phone System Changeover

Our phones are planned to be transferred to a new provider on Tuesday 6th January. Murphy's Law says this will all go wrong and we will lose our phones entirely!!
