You may be wondering - what is Reiki? You may have heard of it but don’t really know what it involves or what benefits it can have. In ba

sic terms it is an energy healing practice where the Reiki practitioner (me) places their hands on or above your (fully clothed) body, connecting to your energy to help your body balance itself from a very deep level. Sessions may involve guided meditation, crystals and colour therapy, and I also offer card reading and guidance as part of my sessions. In my experience Reiki can facilitate deep and profound life changes, and help anything from pain, anxiety and stress, to releasing emotions and helping find your purpose in life. I could talk and talk about Reiki but it is only the experience of something that will reveal the true meaning for you. Life works in mysterious ways, and I have found that it often brings you exactly what you need at exactly the right time. When I catch myself slipping into judgement of how someone else is doing something or what they believe, this is what brings me back to acceptance and openness ❤️

Then I usually feel gratitude for them and it's crazy how quickly it changes to celebrating that person for doing life their way. This is what conscious choosing is about, rather than blind reaction/conditioning.

Something I have wanted to do for so long I'm now at the end of. I've learned so much myself, and not in the way I thought I would - as is so often the case in life!
