I know at least some aspects this neck and shoulder pain are about. And this goes so deep! Personally and collectively.

Is it safe for women to put down the sword? To let men lead and protect? These are the energies this relates to. Healing this pattern within myself.

A big aspect that was moved through in a healing session on the weekend, a mental pattern shift.
And now my body physically expressing and releasing that.

Creation instead of consumption

Sometime last year (I'm sure it would have some astrological mirroring to today!) I had a big aha healing moment around the energy of "more more more", how we can be hooked into thinking and living chasing more more more, and I felt myself completely detach from that.

This morning after moving through some emotional and mental heaviness I expanded into my galactic goddess form. I have been told by many people who have done energy work on me how huge I am in that form, and I really felt it so strongly, how easy all this can be, how tiny our human "problems" actually are.

Then I felt this Lakshmi energy so strongly, it was infinite rivers of gold flowing from my hands and how easy it was to flow that everywhere. And the energy was - more, more, more!

But this was CREATOR energy.
The other more more more was CONSUME energy.

I felt so strongly my creative energy is limitless, abundant, infinite.

When I create all life flows ✨️

I'm sharing because nothing is ever just for me. This is for all of us.

I have sat with so many women in my personal practice, teaching Reiki, holding events and attending events.

The women far outweigh the men.

And I as a woman can totally understand, there are men out there holding similar spaces and probably working with more men than women. I really want to be in more spaces where it's more equal, balanced. Where we work together.

I am seeing a huge wave of people wanting to call in their soulmate, and have a conscious connected relationship. Beyond playing out childhood wounding, wanting partner to fix mum and dad issues. Beyond defensive communication, projection, blame and pointing fingers. More self responsibility and ownership of feelings. More helping and supporting each other through blind spots, staying anchored in love.

This morning as Nat and I discussed the upcoming workshop with Patrick Zeigler, and thought what is the energy of this workshop? I had an aha moment of excitement. Of feeling there will be more men there. And this is so important for what we are moving through collectively.

Men and women do have different ways of moving through things, of seeing the world, of pressures and the way our energy works. This is such a great opportunity to work with Patrick, a man with 50+ years of experience guiding men and women. Who has a deep curiosity about humans and this reality we are exploring.

Happiest of birthdays to my teacher Nat! (Ooh it's 11.11 as I write this, of course it is!) ℕ𝕒𝕥𝕒𝕝𝕚𝕖 𝕌𝕓𝕝 𝔾𝕣𝕒𝕟𝕥

I wouldn't be doing what I'm doing without your love, support and guidance, for saying yes to your own soul calling you to venture down the Reiki path and explore where it leads.

To amazing things it turns out!

Grateful to have found you, and experience the flow of energy between us. You opened the path of Reiki and Seichim for me, for which I'll be forever grateful.

Together we have hosted workshops with the founder of Seichim, Patrick Zeigler, with our third one coming up very soon!

And - next month - EGYPT!! What a crazy experience to share with you.
