Sarah joins us as Team Leader, Support Coordination, bringing a wealth of experience supporting NDIS participants with complex physical disabilities.
Sarah is passionate about making sure every participant feels heard, understood, and genuinely in control of their own plan — especially those navigating high-intensity supports, mobility needs, and the everyday complexities that come with the NDIS system.
Outside of ticking boxes and paperwork, Sarah believes support coordination is really about relationships — showing up, listening properly, and never losing sight of the person behind the plan.
