That’s all it took today… an informal catchup.

Women sitting together,
sharing a meal, stories, ordinary life…

And something shifted.
Nothing profound but goddess it felt good.

Connection doesn’t need to be big to be powerful.
You just got to show up real and raw.

One of the quiet miracles of this work is what happens afterwards.

The unwinding continues.

A client wrote and shared this week:

“I feel like I’m resting from the inside out.”

When your body no longer needs to hold itself together so tightly, something beautiful happens.

Space appears.

Breath returns.

And sometimes, without trying, gratitude rises.

Not as a practice.

But as a feeling.

Eclipse lunar style.

I’m a Virgo sun and done confusing devotion with overextension.

Virgo can micromanage.
Optimise.
Turn love into admin.

This eclipse? A reset.

I am more than efficiency. I don’t have to hold it all.

I went to Nannup — dust on boots, red silk in the bush, music in the gums, women laughing gritty and free.

Virgo refines.
The eclipse strips.

What’s left: Sun. Sound. Skin. Sisterhood.

Play is rebellion.
Dance is sacred.

Fremantle 🫶 heading your way again this weekend — and late-night laughs like this are definitely on my radar.

These past 18 months have been a deep initiation — the end of a 30-year partnership and the beginning of a season where I quietly place myself at the centre of my own life.

Honouring that there’s no part of me left unexamined, unloved or unreclaimed AND that it hasn’t all been graceful or conscious.

Yet, what’s emerged is a grounded, embodied love for this wild and beautiful life.

Feeling immense gratitude for the many tribes of mine who have held me across the towns, cities and countries of this earth I love so deeply.

Here’s to what’s next. Let’s go 🌊✨
