If you are a certified Reformer instructor or you’re not certified yet but have been thinking about becoming one, we’d love to hear from you.

We are looking for someone who passionate about pilates, community, feel-good movement, and being part of something thats bigger than the workout!

Our next event with AJ is here! 🥥🌺

Join us for Copacabana Dance Jam! A tropical-inspired dance jam experience bursting with dancehall grooves, island rhythms and feel-good beats.

Expect AJ inspired b***y pops, hip rolls, twerks, grooves and easy-to-follow choreography in a high-energy class that’s all about confidence, connection and having fun. No dance experience needed, just arrive ready to move!

Come solo or bring your crew. We’ll keep the tropical vibes flowing with island-inspired refreshments before you head off to enjoy the Jamba festival festivities around town.
