Your nervous system isn’t broken, it’s just been running the same protective loop since forever.

That’s what Wednesday’s session is actually about. Check it out in my bio 💜

One of the things I love most about my work is working with women.

Not because women need fixing.
Not because they lack strength.

But because I get to witness what happens when a woman finally remembers who she is beneath the pressure, the expectations, the endless doing, and the roles she’s been carrying for everyone else.

So many women come to me exhausted from holding everything together.

They’ve achieved so much.
They’ve built careers, businesses, families, and lives that look successful from the outside.

Yet inside, they’re quietly wondering:
“Why doesn’t this feel as good as I thought it would?”

I love creating a space where women can stop performing for a moment.

A space where they can regulate their nervous system, reconnect with themselves, and hear their own voice again.

Because when a woman feels safe in her body, something beautiful happens.

She stops chasing validation.
She stops abandoning herself.
She stops living on autopilot.

And she starts making choices from alignment rather than obligation.

Watching that transformation never gets old.

It’s why I do what I do.

It’s why I love this work.

And it’s why I feel so honoured every time a woman trusts me enough to walk alongside her on that journey. ❤️

📌Follow along for more nervous system-led ways to change your life.
Tell me, which stage are you in from 1 to 5?
And comment GUIDE for my free help.

I hope you know by now that “Who am I now?” isn’t a breakdown.
It’s more like the scaffolding coming down so something truer can be built.
Every stage is normal. All of it is allowed.🧡

Save this for the day you forget that.

I used to think that changing my spending habits was about having more discipline.

Then I did my no-buy year and discovered something much deeper.
Spending is rarely just about the thing.

Often, it’s about the state we want to experience.

✨ Calm
✨ Excitement
✨ Comfort
✨ Control
✨ Relief
✨ Escape

The purchase becomes the quickest way to get there.

And this is why simply telling yourself “don’t buy it” can become an exhausting battle.
Because you’re trying to stop a behaviour without understanding the need underneath it.

The more I learned about the nervous system, the more I started seeing my own urges differently.

Instead of:

“Why am I doing this again?”

I could ask:

“What am I actually needing right now?”

That question changes everything.

Because maybe you don’t need to buy something.
Maybe you need to rest.
Maybe you need to feel safe.
Maybe you need connection.
Maybe you need pleasure, novelty or excitement.

Maybe you just need to pause long enough to let your nervous system come back into balance.

Meet the need underneath the urge, and the behaviour can begin to change naturally.

This is the work I teach women every day:

Not more self-control.

More self-awareness.
More nervous system regulation.
More compassion for what’s really happening underneath.

💛 Comment CHEATSHEET and I’ll send you that maps urge → need → what actually helps.

Sometimes meditation is bigger than you. Stay with it and soften and soften your body to feel safe in the experience you’re going through 🧡

Think you lack discipline?
What if it’s actually your nervous system?

When you say,
“I’m not buying anything for a month,”
you’re not just making a financial commitment.

You’re asking your nervous system to give up a source of comfort.
Because shopping isn’t always about needing more stuff.

Sometimes it’s:
✨ Stress relief
✨ A dopamine hit
✨ A reward after a hard day
✨ A sense of control

That’s why commitment gets harder over time.
The challenge isn’t resisting the purchase.
The challenge is staying with the discomfort underneath the urge.

True commitment is your ability to feel the urge… without obeying it.
