If you have experienced the deep and profound connection of your heart horse, you will understand the unconditional love and mutual understanding that extends beyond riding and ownership.
This relationship is one of family, compassion and loyalty.
The horse that fills my heart is Arnie, my Stockhorse who has been on full time holiday resort time since 2017.
I need nothing other than his presence, which with it, gifts me the feelings of peace, solace and contemplative quietude and above all, gratitude that another day has been spent with him in my life.
Throughout his life I have opted for as much whole food as possible, avoiding pelleted processed foods in shiny bags, and have never offered him synthetically produced powders full of fillers, colours and flavours to mask what has been manufactured in a lab and labeled as a supplement that horses “need”.
I studied (and still do) to learn about herbal medicine, nutrition and became a little (possibly a lot) obsessed with how the body functions and how some synthetically made supplements can hinder health.
My herbal range wasn’t created out of a need to fill a entrepreneurial dream….it was created from real life cases and years of experience with horses and dogs with numerous individual needs…and my need to see them feel healthy, happy and able to heal themselves, long term.
My reward is connecting with owners one, five, ten or twenty years later and hearing how well their pets lived once they incorporated the concepts of strengthening the body.
