Two of our most popular supplements have finally made their way back onto the shelves again: BluZone, Methylene Blue and the Hilde Hemmes Swedish Bitters Tincture 🤍

These two supplements couldn’t be more different in what they’re used for, but they’ve definitely become favourites around here and never seem to last long once they’re back in stock.

The Swedish Bitters has been especially difficult to get hold of lately, so we were very lucky to secure another batch, while the BluZone seems to disappear almost as quickly as we unpack it. 😅

Not all Magnesium supplements are the same ✨

We’ve recently added 3 new forms of internal Magnesium to our shelves, each chosen to support the body in completely different ways depending on what you’re needing support with.

Magnesium Glycinate is often chosen for its calming properties and is commonly used to support relaxation, sleep, stress and muscle tension.

The store has had its first little refresh since moving into this space just over a year ago, and we really feel like it’s made such a positive difference 😍🤍

A big thank you to the beautiful Trudy from WHEN I FOUND ME Combined Therapies taking on such a big job and bringing some fresh ideas into our space. It can be hard to see things differently when you’re in it every day, so having that outside perspective meant a lot! 🥰🥰🥰

There are still a few finishing touches to go, but it’s already feeling more open, welcoming and much easier to move through. If you’re along the Main Street over the next few days, we’d love you to pop in and have a look! 🤍🤍🤍

We’ve also got some availability this week across muscle relief, lymphatic drainage, floats, sauna & salt sessions if you’ve been thinking about taking some time for yourself.
