I'm taking a break from teaching Yoga for the foreseeable future
My last class will be this Sunday at the Yoga studie beneath Beaches Restaurant (Rosslyn Bay Wellness Centre)
This will be an intermediate Hatha Yoga Fire class!
The focus is building energy (Prana) and meditation.

Regular Yoga practice brings to the surface emotions, memories, thoughts, and patterns. How can you prepare ?
MOON practice (Chandra Sadhana) is the preliminary stage in Hatha yoga, it is necessary to ground and stabilise the energy body and the mind before moving into the deeper work.
* Forward fold Asana, exhalation focused, breathwork (pranayama) and Apana vayu Kriya meditation
* Increase mental clarity and stability
* Prepare for the later energising practices and ultimately to ignite your inner fire - the goal of ta***ic sadhana. ��

This is an opportunity to do deep inner work using a method grounded in ancient knowledge, steadfast tradition and backed by ample modern science.

The hall is closed for painting til aproximately the 17th april (maybe longer). For my regulars, we are just moving to Rosslyn bay 8am - 915am class as usual.
During this time I'll be running a 6-week basic course in Ta***ic Hatha yoga beginning with a grounding moon practice (beginner/intermediate), moving into energising sun practice (beginner/intermediate) and finishing with 2 weeks of fire practice ( intermediate/advanced).
